Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems, infrastructure, and data.
• Lead IT governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations and group standards.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the IT organization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, project progress, and risk status to executive leadership.
• Lead crisis management and disaster recovery planning for IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree would be Consider).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role (e.g., IT Manager, IT Director, Head of IT).
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary IT teams and overseeing both infrastructure and business systems.
• Strong track record in IT strategy development, digital transformation, and large-scale project implementation.
• Solid experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability in managing IT budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based solutions, enterprise applications, and modern IT architecture is highly desirable.
• Experience in food distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP/CAPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity, results‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
