Job Description

• Conduct research on the latest technology trendsand solutions available in the market to support innovation in improvinginternal processes and improving customer service.
• Build collaboration with otherdivisions/departments to identify user problems and needs to produceappropriate IT solutions.
• Identifying IT solutions that align with businessand user needs, prioritizing them, and creating a roadmap for IT solutionsto be developed based on the urgency and benefits of the IT solutions.
• Translating IT solution needs into businessrequirements documents that are easily understood by readers with orwithout technical background.
• Assisting in the planning and monitoring of ITsolution development projects, in line with the Software DevelopmentLifecycle (SDLC) methodology either with waterfall or agile methods, toensure projects can run according to plan and can produce IT solutionswith good quality.
