Responsibilities
- Lead the Human Resources (HR) and General Affairs (GA) departments and develop HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, training, payroll, and legal compliance.
- Align HR and GA strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with top management.
- Handle expatriate-related matters including RPTKA and work permit documentation.
- Manage company licensing and legal compliance related to manpower regulations and corporate permits.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR and other departments.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Solid knowledge of HR management practices in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the hydraulic sector.
- Experience working in or familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Chinese manufacturing company is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government policies related to HR, labor law, and manufacturing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR leadership role.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must possess a valid car driving license (SIM A).
