A leading global energy management company is seeking an HR Administrator in Indonesia. The role entails managing daily HR services, responding to employee inquiries, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining payroll data. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of HR administration experience and a background from a reputable university. This position is accountable for HR services daily administration activity within an assigned plant under the direction of the HR Onsite Team Leader. Responds to complex employees inquiries (phone, e-mail, face to face) related to HR services and administration. Utilizes service excellent and HR knowledge to act as a consultant for first contacts of employees regarding HR administration services. Encourages service excellent as a means toward account penetration and increased employee's satisfaction.
- Having experience as HR Administrator at least 1-2 Years
- Min D3 from reputable University
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
