A leading garment manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop HR policies. PT. Pan Brothers Tbk. is one of the largest garment manufacturers in Indonesia, established in 1980 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (PBRX) since August 16, 1990.
The Group manufactures technical, functional, and activewear for sports and outdoor activities, as well as woven and knit garments such as pants, tops, blouses, dresses, shirts, light jackets, and outerwear. Manufacturing operations are supported by 22,186 sewing machines located in Banten, West Java and Central Java, with a total production capacity of 75 million pieces of garments per year and a planned increase to 96 million pieces by the end of 2016.
Strategic partnerships include product development through PT. Hollit International, Continent 8, and Cosmic Gear; fabric milling through PT. Ocean Asia Industry; and secondary processes such as sewing, embroidery, laundry, and printing through affiliated companies.
The Group also owns PT. Apparelindo Prima Sentosa and PT. Mitra Busana Sentosa, which cater to women and men apparel respectively, featuring brands such as Zoe, Salt’s Pepper, Asylum, and FFL.
