Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, especially in organizational development and manpower planning. You will liaise with business leaders to address HR matters, develop and maintain HR policies, and conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring the company aligns with industry regulations and practices.

  • Socialize Human Resource (HR) standards and practice by providing the required information, assistance, and solutions related to People matters for business leaders, in order to ensure that every business decision made has considered the HR’s point of view
  • Maintain annual and/or quarter manpower planning, check and assist employee selection, orientation, on/offboarding, transfers within the company, and ensure all the processes are aligned with the applied regulation
  • Provide regular reports and updates regarding HR matters to both HR Lead and Business Leaders
  • Review and resolve Legal or Industrial Relations Issues to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law
  • Do effective, thorough and objective investigations for encountered HR-related matters, followed by proposing a solution with an action plan
  • Understand business needs by doing proper analytics based on data or existing business processes and provide gap analysis for HR to come with program, initiative, and solutions
  • Liaise with HR Lead in order to solve any HR-related business issues which require HR expertise, initiative, and service
  • Create, review, and revise HR policies for one dedicated department upon placement
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partner (HRBP), or HR Generalist roles
  • Hands‑on experience in Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Organizational Structure Analysis, Performance Management, and Manpower Planning
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
