About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at PT GWS Era Medika. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the company's business objectives
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and orientation
• Design and administer employee development and training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Implement and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related concerns and improve employee experience
• Lead and mentor the HR team to drive continuous improvement and high performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of in a similar HR management role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
