Overview

Human Resource General Manager tasked with strategic planning for Organization Development, People Development, Talent Management & Company Cultures. Consults executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment through company culture events.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Conducting Talent Management to see and develop potential employee.
  • Ensure all HR KPI are achieved.
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as HR General Manager at least 5 years or as HR Manager at least 8 years.
  • People oriented and process driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Development & People Development.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
