Job Description
Reporting to the CEO and Regional Group HR, the selected candidate is expected to:
Culture Building & Organizational Scaling
- Designing and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Leading cultural transformation programs to support rapid growth and organizational scalability.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Partnering with senior leadership to ensure talent strategy drives commercial success.
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Driving organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Leading change management initiatives to enable business transformation.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organisation's objectives.
People Strategy
- Overseeing strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Ensuring employer branding reflects organizational values and growth ambitions.
- Collaborating with commercial and operational leaders to align HR initiatives with business performance.
- Providing insights on workforce planning, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to support organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
Besides having a prior experienced in leading a HR team, ideally in a MNC brands, other requirement for this role includes:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Preferred: Exposure to commercial or operational functions in addition to HR, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Great communication in both Bahasa and English.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the Human Resources function.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to scale organizations and lead cultural transformation.
- Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset-able to link people strategy to business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive level.
- Expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies effectively.
- Experience in change management and organisational development.
- Proficiency in managing HR systems and tools.
