We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our expanding investment and M&A operations. This role suits a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in partnering with senior stakeholders, and is passionate about driving organization-wide impact.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders to assess workforce needs and address organizational challenges in a dynamic investment and M&A-driven environment
  • Design and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Support end-to-end HR processes related to M&A, including HR due diligence, integration planning, policy harmonization, and change management
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people leadership, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop strategic HR solutions to enhance organizational productivity, effectiveness, and readiness during transformation
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding to support business expansion and post-merger integration
  • Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and learning & development initiatives
  • Conduct HR data analysis and deliver insights for informed, data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably within investment firms or organizations involved in M&A
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices across talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Significant advantage for those with experience in HR aspects of M&A (due diligence, integration, policy alignment)
