About the role

As the Head Office Finance & Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaking) for HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial operations and reporting. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic technology environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proficient in practical accounting management such as review, improve, and implement financial management system, manage accounting subjects and accounting rules, oversee the management of external financial statements and financial reports including coordinating annual audits and related‑party transactions, etc.
2. Budget managing including organizing budgeting activities, preparing company finance budget, tracking and analyzing budget, managing budget targets, etc.
3. Tax management including tax‑related work (tax registration for new businesses, daily tax reporting, annual tax reporting, and providing tax consulting related to contract signing for business departments) etc.
4. Able to conduct tax audit and provide Indonesia tax planning according to the law and tax risk alert reminders.
5. Fund Management, including fund rolling plan and daily fund management.
6. Business financial management including managing financial aspects of contracts, overseeing project financial management, and aligning business data with financial data.
7. Handling other additional Financial Management matters between Indonesia office and overseas headquarters.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with Chinese and Indonesian accounting policies, possessing comprehensive financial expertise, as well as experience in account review and report verification.
2. Good understanding of Chinese and Indonesian tax policies, capable of coordinating the company’s tax planning and cash management (DJP, CORE TAX).
3. Proficient in cost management and data analysis, capable of performing budget control and financial analysis.
4. Minimum five years of financial management experience in overseas (Chinese/Japanese/Indonesia) enterprises or over five years of financial work experience in a multinational group company.
5. Minimum bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.
6. A mid‑level accounting title or a relevant internationally recognized financial certification, such as CPA, ACCA, will be prioritized.
7. Proficiency in Indonesian, Mandarin & English as daily working language, able to communicate effectively in daily work and professional interactions; candidates with relevant certification such as HSK 4‑6, IELTS, TOEFL will be prioritized.
