Factory Manager – Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across two plants, ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage plant operation teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement objectives.
• Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 5S, and Food Safety procedures.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, operational strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production, commercial, and overall organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence within the manufacturing organization.
