About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HRD Department to join the dynamic team at PT. LAJURKARSA GLOBAL INDUSTRI, a leading bicycle manufacturing company based in East Java, Indonesia. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions to support the company's growth and development.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and systems to attract, retain and manage top talent.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to understand the business needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices to support the company's strategic objectives.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
