This leadership role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy, ensuring governance, and driving business performance across the Indonesia entity, in alignment with global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the local Finance & Accounting team, embedding a culture of performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the full finance function including planning, controlling, forecasting, accounting, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
• Ensure robust internal controls and risk management frameworks are in place to safeguard assets and prevent revenue leakage.
• Manage complex taxation requirements in accordance with Indonesian regulations and coordinate with internal stakeholders and advisors.
• Drive strategic cash and treasury management, including credit, cash flow, FX exposure, and working capital optimization.
• Support strategic projects, including new market entry and long-term financial planning aligned with global objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align business strategies and financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Indonesian GAAP, and relevant quality standards.
