Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling a D2C business from the ground up.
• Minimum 5–7 years of eCommerce / Online Sales experience.
• At least 2–3 years in a Head / Director / Senior Leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national eCommerce strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end online P&L and revenue targets.
• Build the eCommerce organization from scratch.
