What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales team to maximize performance and ensure cross-functional collaboration in achieving ambitious targets.
  • Review and strengthen ongoing partnerships, identifying potential risks or obstacles in negotiations, and implement smart mitigation plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance to hospital management in handling key business accounts and lead complex negotiations to safeguard company interests.
  • Continuously evaluate team performance and provide coaching to build capabilities and drive results.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong ability to build and manage strategic relationships with large corporations, insurance providers, doctors, agents, and communities.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, healthcare industry trends, and business intelligence tools for analysis and decision-making.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is a strong plus.
