• Create geological models, process data, and estimate resources.
• Interpret data, manage grade control, ensure compliance, and produce technical reports.
• Lead geology teams, build local capacity, and mentor cross-cultural staff.
• Link geological models with mine planning and processing design.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop exploration & development objectives, annual work plans (RKAB), and long-term strategies.
• Exploration Management: Oversee drilling, mapping, data validation, and commissioning of equipment.
• Modeling & Estimation: Create geological models, process data, and estimate resources (JORC, KCMI compliant).
• Data & Reporting: Interpret data, manage grade control, ensure compliance, and produce technical reports.
• Team Leadership: Lead geology teams, build local capacity, and mentor cross-cultural staff.
• Mine Integration: Link geological models with mine planning and processing design for optimization.
