Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all daily operations, including FOH, BOH, Bar, Events Security, and Housekeeping
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and product standars are met according to SOPs
  • Manage budgeting quality, cost control, P&L, and conduct monthly financial analysis
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management across departments
  • Hanlde VIP guests, resolve complaints, and maintain a premium guest experience
  • Coordinate with bands, DJs, event organizers, and vendors; manage event schedules and entertainment programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to develop promotions, campaigns, and revenue driving strategies
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace policies
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
