A leading asset management company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced individual to oversee facility management and building operations. Key responsibilities include managing asset tagging, rental operations, and daily building activities such as HVAC and security. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and have 5-8 years of relevant experience in facility and asset management. Strong English communication skills and attention to detail are required for success in this role.
Manage asset tagging, mapping, inventory audits, and periodic data reconciliation.
Build data-driven asset performance dashboards to optimize utilization.
Oversee daily building operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety, housekeeping, and security operations.
Manage end-to-end rental operations for building or facility spaces, including contract preparation, renewals, negotiations, and rate benchmarking.
Administer lease agreements to ensure alignment with legal, operational, and commercial requirements.
Monitor tenant occupancy, rental schedules, payment collection, and compliance with lease terms.
Conduct periodic facilities inspections to ensure tenant areas meet building standards and maintenance obligations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, Building Operations, or Asset Management.
Proven experience managing building maintenance operations (MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety, structural upkeep).
Strong exposure to rental/lease administration, tenant management, and space management.
Demonstrated track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance.
Experience leading small to mid-sized teams or service providers. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and accustomed to managing and processing data.
Proficiency in lease documentation, rental agreements, and facility-related legal requirements.
