Overview

The Order Management System (OMS) manages the entire order lifecycle, from order placement, stock validation, and payment, to shipping and settlement. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) focuses on inventory and warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with high accuracy. To drive sales, the role of a Live Shopping Host is crucial in presenting products attractively, engaging with the audience, boosting conversions, and maintaining the brand image during live sessions. The collaboration between OMS, WMS, and Live Shopping Hosts ensures that the online shopping journey runs efficiently—products are showcased effectively, inventory is well-controlled, and customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Orders Processing: Capture orders from multiple channels (marketplace: Shopee. TikTok) and validates stock availability before confirming orders
  2. Orders Tracking: Monitor order status (pending → processing → shipped → delivered) and send real-time notification to customer
  3. Payment & Settlement: Integrate with payment gateways, and records transactions and ensures proper settlement.
  4. Inventory Management: Tracks stock levels and product locations
  5. Packing & Shipping: Optimize picking routes for efficiency, guide packing based on OMS order details, allocate stock to customer orders, and generate shipping labels and integrate with logistics providers.
  6. Customer service support: Provide order data to customer service teams and simplify returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  7. Live Shopping: host live shopping session, present and demonstrate products clearly, persuade viewers to purchase product, interact with viewers real-time.
Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to work in Cimahi
  • This is for a freelance position with a 3-months duration.
  • Knowledge or willing to learn of e-commerce platforms, order processing, payment flow, inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Physical ability and stamina for warehouse tasks (picking, packing, loading)

  • Ability to learn to use WMS software/scanners for stock tracking.
  • Teamwork and time management skills for meeting SLA on shipments.
  • Ability to engage with live audiences and respond quickly to comments/questions.
