A leading hospitality company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations. The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, strong managerial skills, and a positive attitude. Duties include supervising staff, managing inventory, and handling customer complaints to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Supervises the activity of the restaurant floor for (Server & Captain). Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning. Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing.
