Job Descriptions:
  • Coordinate and execute the process of acquiring new financial institutions.
  • Gather and provide essential financial data required during the due diligence process
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather and provide required financial data and documentation to financial partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and execution of acquisition plans.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records related to acquisition activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain progress alignment.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial partners' needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace environment.
