A securities company in Indonesia is seeking a Financial Staff member to manage daily financial transactions, verify documents' compliance, and assist with audits. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has 1-2 years of experience. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel is required, as well as fluent English; Mandarin is a plus. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on financial accuracy.
1. Manage day to day company financial transactions including account payable, employee reimbursement, and other financial transactions
2. Verify and ensure the completeness of document comply with company financial policies and procedures
3. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in accounting system
4. Conduct daily/monthly bank reconciliations
5. Organized and filling all of financial document transactions
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to complete financial data regarding payment process
7. Respond to financial-related inquiries from internal and external parties
8. Assist in preparing data for external audits and tax
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in same role (fresh graduate are also welcome to apply)
3. Preferably within a securities company or similar financial institution
4. Fluent in English oral & written (Mandarin/ Chinese will be a plus)
5. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN)
6. Proficiency in accounting software and Ms. Excel, (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
7. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
