Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial activities of the company
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and forecasting
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor budget performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
• Supervise internal and external audit processes
• Improve financial systems, procedures, and operational efficiency
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash‑flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
