Job summary

A reputable manufacturing company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all finance, accounting, and tax functions. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and have 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.

Monitor and supervise daily operational transactions and ensure the accuracy of accounting and tax transaction records following accounting principles and tax regulations.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports following relevant accounting standards, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

Conduct a detailed financial report analysis to provide insights, recommendations, and strategies for decision-making.

Understand applicable tax regulations and stay current with changes in tax laws to ensure that the company has implemented best practices in taxation.

Ensure on-time reconciliation and preparation of monthly tax reports for Pph 23, 4(2), and Ppn.

Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position, including ensuring the budget is available to meet tax obligations.

Coordinate with tax consultants by preparing the data needed to prepare and review Corporate Tax Returns.

Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and policy principles or standards and identify and mitigate financial risks to optimally maintain company assets.

Coordinate with external auditors by preparing data needed during the audit process and reviewing audit reports.

Prepare and manage annual budget reports, which are developed by coordinating across divisions to set targets, financial goals, and division budgets.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax.

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.

Having Brevet A & B is preferred.

Have the ability to operate and optimize accounting software.

Possess good leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.

Detail oriented.
