• Drive continuous improvement through post-event evaluations and develop in-house production capabilities for future scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience (with 2–3 years in leadership) within experience as an Event Production Manager.
• Proficient in technical production installations and equipment management for events.
• Strong understanding of booth construction, including raw materials, fabrication, and finishing standards.
• Proven history of handling large-scale exhibitions and concert stage setups.
• Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
