SLB is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Electronic Technician Trainees to join our maintenance operations team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop strong technical expertise in maintaining and repairing cutting-edge tools and equipment used in energy operations.

As an Electronic Technician Trainee, you will receive structured training and hands-on experience in SLB’s world-class workshop facilities, supporting the maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, testing, and calibration of electronic and electromechanical equipment in the SLB workshop.
  • Assist in diagnosing equipment issues and implementing repair solutions under supervision.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability.
  • Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to learn best practices in equipment handling and safety.
  • Continuously improve technical skills through SLB training modules and on‑the‑job learning.
Requirements
  • Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor in Applied Science (D4) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant field in Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest in electronic systems, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance work.
  • Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
  • Detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and committed to high‑quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in workshop environments.
