Job description

Check the SKU, stock, and promo in ecommerce platform to ensure the product is sent and received by the customer as it should be.

Building good relationships with principals and platforms, such as providing a quick response.

Entering monthly business review reports and evaluating them to make business improvements.

Make calculations of claims and recap the documents needed to be provided to the principal so that the claim can be paid.

Negotiations so as to create good business relationships so business objectives are achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) any major from a reputable university.

Experience in the field of e-commerce for at least 2-3 years as an e-commerce specialist/key account executive

Familiar with e-commerce platform such as shopee, lazada, blibli, bukalapak, tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Willing to work from South Jakarta
