Director of Sales & Marketing

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and strategic initiatives at our ultra-luxury 5-star resort in Bali. This role is designed for a professional with a proven track record in the ultra-luxury market, capable of connecting with affluent clientele and expanding the resort’s global presence through targeted sales strategies and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets in the ultra-luxury market.
  • Lead digital and influencer marketing to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury travel agents, operators, and VIP clients.
  • Partner with operations to ensure seamless, exclusive guest experiences.
  • Drive direct bookings through SEO and online visibility.
  • Create partnerships with luxury brands and media to expand reach.
  • Plan and oversee exclusive events aligned with sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 10+ years of proven success in luxury hospitality sales with strong results.
  • Established global network in luxury travel and hospitality.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
