• Conduct analysis, evaluation, and improvement plans for the renewal process of MV Retail Business - 4 Wheeler to ensure the process runs effectively and efficiently while remaining customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Design, propose, evaluate, and develop marketing renewal programs based on renewal data analysis

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Statistics/Information Technology/Computer
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong anaytical skills
• Comfortable with data processing tasks, demonstrated through advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Vlookup, Index, PivotTables, and Query)
• Able to create well-structured and professional reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database querying (considered a plus).
