Job summary

A global retail and manufacturing company in Indonesia seeks a Finance Consultant specializing in D365 F&O. You will lead the implementation and support of finance modules across APAC and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, at least 5 years of consultancy experience, and strong knowledge of financial reporting principles. This role offers an opportunity to work on strategic multi-country projects and collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a D365 F&O or AX 2012 Finance Consultant.
• At least one full-cycle implementation project.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and post-go-live support of D365 Finance modules across APAC and Middle East markets.
• Analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and design scalable finance solutions.
• Configure D365 F&O to meet global compliance standards.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and user training for finance processes.
• Collaborate with development teams on customizations and integrations.
• Ensure solutions align with audit and regulatory requirements.

Skills

Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and financial reporting principles

Proficiency in D365 F&O financial modules and reporting tools (Financial Reporter, Power BI)

Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, Confluence) and BPMN methodologies

Excellent communication in English
