Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all CSA-related activities from design through construction and commissioning.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices.
• Lead procurement and contract administration for CSA scopes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum10 years of project management experience, with5+ years in CSA coordination for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Experience working in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with international standards and local building codes.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
