We’re seeking a hands-on, commercially driven Country General Manager to lead our established subsidiary in Indonesia. Reporting directly to HQ in China, you’ll be the #1 leader on the ground—responsible for P&L, team building, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责：

• Drive sales growth across B2B & B2C channels, especially through hardware retailers, distributors, and end-user networks.
  主导B2B与B2C全渠道销售增长，重点拓展五金零售店、经销商及终端用户网络。
• Oversee end-to-end operations: from supply chain and inventory to after-sales service.
  全面管理端到端运营，涵盖供应链、库存及售后服务。
• Build a high-performance local team and foster a culture of accountability and execution.
  打造高绩效本地团队，建立结果导向的执行文化。
• Serve as the strategic bridge between global HQ and local market dynamics.
  作为全球总部与本地市场的战略桥梁，推动高效协同。

Ideal Candidate Profile | 理想人选画像：

• With 10+ years in general management, preferably in fluid machinery, pumps, power tools, garden equipment, or electromechanical products.
  拥有10年以上综合管理经验，优先考虑来自流体机械、水泵、电动工具、园林设备或机电产品行业的背景。
• Strong sales DNA with deep knowledge of the Indonesian distribution landscape.

• Willing to be based in Jakarta (current office in industrial zone; relocation to city center underway).

Compensation | 薪酬待遇：

• Competitive annual package: RMB 50W–75W, including expat benefits.
