A hospitality management group is seeking an Assistant Marketing & Communication Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple hotel and resort properties. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of hotel branding and digital marketing, as well as excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. This position is based in Jakarta and requires a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and collaboration across different teams.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager of Marketing & Communication to join our Corporate Office team. This role will play a key part in developing, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies across all hotel and resort properties under the group.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of group-wide marketing and communication strategies aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
Oversee and coordinate Marketing & Communication activities across all properties, ensuring consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Work closely with property-based teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, PR initiatives, and brand activations.
Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media, online campaigns, and brand communications.
Coordinate media relations, press releases, corporate communications, and internal communications as required.
Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making at the corporate level.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with corporate brand guidelines and hospitality standards.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within hospitality in a 4-5 star hotel or resort, preferably within a multi-property or corporate hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of hotel branding, digital marketing, public relations, and communication strategies.
Assist in planning and executing social media content strategies and campaigns, and oversee daily content execution across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects across different properties.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-location teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
