Job description
Job Descriptions:
  • Recap and input all incoming Control Tower tickets into Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support the team in processing operational data related to battery swap stations, including monitoring logs, updates, and issue reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to station monitoring, maintenance workflow, and escalation processes.
  • Prepare required documents such as insurance claim forms, incident reports, and operational paperwork.
  • Maintain and manage Control Tower documentation, ensuring all files, logs, and records are well-organized and accessible.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as refund processing, follow-ups, or supplementary reporting needs.
  • Ensure all station lists, maintenance documents, and tracking sheets are updated accurately based on team inputs.
  • Help the team document and maintain updated monitoring and escalation procedures as they evolve.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • At least 1 of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Experience in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, field operations, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Structured, process-oriented, and able to coordinate well with the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Able to manage basic reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
