Job description
Overview

Lead and oversee all construction activities on site to ensure delivery of the project in line with scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements while respecting sustainability & durability principles (really important for this project).

Act as the main interface between the Client (Valrhona) and the Main Contractor / CM team, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Lead communication and weekly meeting with internal teams, designers, and contractors, and manage documentation of meetings and material outcomes.

Manage project planning & scheduling, anticipate risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, agendas, and client communications.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (planning updates, work progress, issues log, risk assessments, KPIs).

Interior design and scenography tender coordination and construction supervision

Organize the Interior Design & Scenography Tenders (preparation tender documentation, shortlist contractors & vendors, coordinate the briefings, organize clarification meeting and evaluate the proposals.

Perform material research and develop project specifications.

Supervise finishing works to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with approved designs.

Construction financial control and technical advice

Control costs and variations, verify BoQ, monitor site expenditures, and propose optimization solutions.

Ability to understand, superimpose and oversee various drawings comprising structural engineering, MEP, interior design, landscape, and other specializations.

Reporting line: The position reports directly to the Finance director
