Job description

As the Commercial Strategy Lead at ATI, you will transform operational data, internal knowledge, and market insights into actionable commercial intelligence and strategic documentation. You will support the Commercial Partnership VP in developing ATI’s Commercial Partnerships program and initiatives — including the standardization of business reports, creation of insight-driven client presentations, and development of proposal materials that highlight ATI’s value.

Working cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders, you will gather, synthesize, and communicate insights that shape ATI’s commercial strategy, program design, and client growth conversations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and the confidence to facilitate alignment across teams. You will act as the bridge between operations, commercial functions, and leadership — driving clarity, collaboration, and consistency in ATI’s commercial narrative.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • You will lead the analysis of operational data and insights to create high‑quality presentations and strategic client‑facing documents.
  • You will produce reporting templates, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), business updates, and case studies.
  • You will support and co‑develop responses for RFI and tender processes, ensuring ATI’s narrative is strong, structured, and backed by data.
  • You will work alongside the Commercial Partnership VP in formulating programs and initiatives that strengthen client relationships, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • You will support the commercial team with pricing rationale, partner program development, and internal frameworks that align operational delivery with strategic growth.
  • You will proactively facilitate communication across departments to overcome siloed discussions, ensuring commercial narratives are built from shared understanding and verified inputs.
  • You will confidently initiate discussions, ask critical questions, and align stakeholders around deadlines, deliverables, and key messages.
  • You will conduct internal data gathering across departments to synthesize performance insights.
  • You will develop data visualizations and performance stories using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • You will support commercial planning activities, including pricing models, program strategies, and partner frameworks.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate competitive intelligence into ATI’s strategic approach.
  • You will lead and mentor your team to strengthen analytical and presentation skills, while initiating strategies to enhance ATI’s overall commercial performance.
Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in commercial strategy, client reporting, business analysis, or strategic communications.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to write and format for executive‑level audiences.
  • Proven ability to interpret operational data and transform it into actionable insights or commercial narratives.
  • Skilled in creating structured, client‑facing presentations (e.g., QBRs, case studies, performance reviews).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
  • Confident in PowerPoint or Google Slides for high‑quality business storytelling.
  • Experience coordinating across departments to gather insights, align messaging, and meet deadlines.
  • Confident in facilitating discussions and asking the right questions to extract critical business inputs.
  • Highly organized, process‑driven, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Experience supporting or developing pricing models, commercial frameworks, or partner program strategies.
  • Exposure to B2B service environments such as outsourcing, tech‑enabled services, or client delivery operations.
