Job Description
- Lead and execute market strategies within assigned export regions.
- Collaborate with distributors to gather market intelligence and support tailored strategies alongside the Business Unit Head and Marketing team.
- Strengthen distributor operations by managing performance and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Prioritize distributor needs while crafting operational plans and business strategies.
- Support marketing execution and lead excellence-driven, customer-centric initiatives.
- Build strong third-party partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
- Engage with Cluster Key Accounts and Healthcare Organizations.
- Oversee core business activities including pricing and distributor-related matters.
- Track market performance, including in-market sales and share evolution.
- Leverage distributor insights to help shape marketing strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor, supporting program implementation and training needs.
- Partner with S&OP on demand planning and monthly forecasting.
- Ensure distributor obligations and training plans are fulfilled and up to standard.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university advanced degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of proven track record in Consumer Health-Care sales
- Strong understanding of market strategies and distributor management.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
