Responsibilities
  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities in e-commerce channels.
  2. Searching, establishing, and managing cooperation with partners, brands, vendors, or marketplace.
  3. Formulating and executing e-commerce business development strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  4. Creating business proposals, presentations, and partnership development reports.
  5. Analyzing market trends, competitors, and sales performance on e-commerce platforms.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, CS) to ensure optimal execution.
  7. Proposing and executing promotion programs, campaigns, or strategic partnerships.
  8. Maintaining long‑term relationships with partners and ensuring satisfaction and sustainability of cooperation.
  9. Preparing sales forecasts and e-commerce channel development plans.
  10. Conducting routine evaluations of collaborations and providing improvement recommendations.
  11. Keeping up with trends in digital and e‑commerce industry.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  2. At least 1–3 years of experience as Business Development, Account Executive, or related position in e‑commerce / marketplace industry; experience in distributor or FMCG preferred.
  3. Experience in sourcing and managing partners / vendors / brands.
  4. Ability to perform market, competitor, and business opportunity analysis.
  5. Familiarity with creating business proposals, presentations and negotiation of partnerships.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in handling sales data and performance using Excel / Google Sheets (add‑on: CRM tools).
  8. Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
  9. Willingness to attend partner meetings and travel for business if required.
