Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management / Business Administration / related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, client relations, or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact confidently with clients.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is highly preferred.
  • Organized, responsible, and proactive with good multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • WFO at Gading Serpong — candidates from BSD, Gading Serpong, Karawaci, or Alam Sutera are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ongoing property projects and internal workflows.

  • Support the Manager in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documents.Handle educational and administrative tasks related to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in business development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
  • Support partnership and market expansion efforts, such as coordinating with external partners and preparing business proposals.
  • Prepare and manage meeting schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute fresh ideas in strategic discussions to improve team performance and company growth.
