World Class Business Coaching Company with a vision to be the McKinsey & Accenture for SMEs Business Owners, is seeking for a top player & high achiever C-level, Directors, or Senior Management who passionate in giving real significant impact to SMEs Business Owners by becoming Certified Business Coach who coach Entrepreneurs.

About the role

As a Certified Business Coach, you will coach our clients to identify blind spots, unlock business potential, and provide strategic coaching and management consultation based on proven practical frameworks from Gratyo® Global Awards Winning Business Coaching Company. The significant impact you will give to our clients are beyond business, since it could touches their family’s life too.

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of leadership experience in C-level, Directors, or Senior Management roles in national or multinational companies with a proven track record growing companies.
• Solid background in Marketing & Branding, and strong in strategic & high premium Sales.
• Proven achievements in national or multinational companies, preferably in B2C and B2B.
• Based in one of the following cities: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Medan, Aceh, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Batam, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Makassar, and Manado.
• Willing to participate and pass from the Gratyo® Business Coach Certification & Training Program (further details will be provided after passing the initial screening stage).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic: Guide SME Business Owners to build businesses that are profitable and scalable using our proven Business Coaching Framework.
• Small & Medium Business Coaching: Help clients develop businesses to be profitable and self‑sustaining using proven coaching methods.
• Problem Solving & Consultation: Identify business blind spots and provide actionable management consultation using practical frameworks to drive sustainable growth.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them achieve business goals including developing and leading their SuperTEAM for long‑term success.
• Client Engagement: Deliver high‑impact coaching sessions, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure measurable outcomes.
