About the Role

As a Brand & Marketing Manager at Yayasan GoTo Merah Putih, you’ll play a crucial role in building and shaping our brand from the ground up, making sure our purpose, programs, and impact are clearly felt by mitra drivers, their families, and the public. Your work will help grow awareness, trust, and engagement, while bringing real stories of impact to life. What You Will Do
  • Own and develop YGMP’s brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling across all touch points
  • Translate YGMP’s vision, mission, and pillars into clear, consistent brand and communication guidelines
  • Lead end‑to‑end brand and marketing initiatives, from planning to execution (digital, social, offline, and events)
  • Be the go‑to person for all brand‑related needs and act as a bridge between internal teams (Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Driver Ops, Gov Relations, etc.)
  • Manage and supervise external agencies and vendors (content, creative, production, events)
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with YGMP’s tone of voice, values, and GoTo branding style
  • Manage brand & marketing budgets, timelines, and priorities
  • Track performance, gather insights, and continuously improve brand effectiveness and impact
What You Will Need
  • 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications (foundation, NGO, social impact, or consumer brand experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, content, and integrated communications
  • Comfortable working as a single contributor who can think big and execute hands‑on
  • Experience working with agencies, creatives, or external partners
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to balance emotional impact and clarity
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for social impact, community‑driven work, and building something meaningful from scratch
