A leading brand management company is seeking a Brand Manager for the Kitchenware, Home Living, and Electronics & Phone Accessories product lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly in online sales. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with sales teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. This role is based in Bogor, Indonesia.
Analyze and develop marketing strategies to strengthen brand image and increase sales.
Manage budgets for advertising and promotional activities.
Plan and execute communications and media actions across all relevant channels, including online, e-commerce, marketplace, and social media, to ensure strong brand visibility both online and offline.
Strengthen the company’s online platforms as a key channel for brand growth and sales.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market trends.
Attend regular meetings and communicate with the sales team to track sales performance and growth.
Collaborate with product development on discussions of new product launches.
Ensure in-store visual merchandising is implemented according to plan.
Organize photoshoots/campaigns and conduct product knowledge training for the sales team.
Research future trends, market share, and customer behavior.
Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Develop strategies, promote brand growth, implement plans, and drive sales volume.
Lead and be responsible to handle Live Shopping (LS), Affiliate programs, Customer Service, and operations related to the brand.

This Brand Manager position is required separately for each product line:
1 Brand Manager dedicated to Kitchenware
1 Brand Manager dedicated to Home Living
1 Brand Manager dedicated to Electronics & Phone Accessories
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, especially online sales for Kitchenware, Home Living, and Phone Accessories categories.
Familiar with managing sales through marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others.
Strong analytical skills, able to work both independently and in a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Passionate about promoting and growing the company brand.
Strong understanding of brand building and execution to unlock opportunities in sales operations and shopper marketing.
Experience in handling brands with digital commerce presence will be an advantage.
Willing to work in Bogor.
