A leading company in Pharmaceuticals based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in facility operations or office administration and 1-2 years in a supervisory role. The candidate should have strong administrative skills, understand facility management, and be able to implement safety standards. The position involves managing office supplies, overseeing renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, min GPA 3.00
Minimum 5 years experience in facility operations, general affairs, asset management, or office administration with 1–2 years of experience as a Leader / Supervisor.
Solid understanding of end-to-end General Affair Operation & Facility Management, including building maintenance, asset management, mechanical & electrical systems, and office infrastructure.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Have an experience to support renovation or construction projects, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors is a strong advantage.
