Job summary

A leading company in Pharmaceuticals based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in facility operations or office administration and 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, min GPA 3.00

Minimum 5 years experience in facility operations, general affairs, asset management, or office administration with 1–2 years of experience as a Leader / Supervisor.

Solid understanding of end-to-end General Affair Operation & Facility Management, including building maintenance, asset management, mechanical & electrical systems, and office infrastructure.

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Have an experience to support renovation or construction projects, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors is a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate data updates and routine maintenance of office facilities and buildings, including mechanical, electrical systems, work equipment, and required permits
  • Manage the procurement and availability of office and household supplies by coordinating vendors, controlling inventory, and ensuring items are available when needed.
  • Ensure the implementation of building safety, health, and security (HSE/K3) standards in accordance with applicable regulations to provide a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage company assets to ensure proper recording, maintenance, optimal utilization, and insurance coverage to minimize potential losses.
  • Support office renovation or construction projects, including coordination and monitoring from planning through completion.
  • Prepare regular evaluation and operational reports, including household expenses, attendance, and related administrative data.
  • Manage and maintain branch archives to ensure document security, organization, and traceability.
  • Support HR-related administrative processes, including staffing, training, employee movement, data updates, attendance records, and overtime documentation in compliance with company policies.
