In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and highly available infrastructure for the organization's mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and ensure system reliability
• Automate and streamline operational processes, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide timely incident resolution and escalation support
• Continuously research and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance the organization's infrastructure and operations
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, playbooks, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives

Requirements

• Understanding of progressive and responsive web apps
• Hands‑on experience working with ReactJS and familiar with ReactJS concepts
• Experience in automated build, integration, and deployment tools (i.e. Jenkins)
• Familiar with React‑Hooks, Redux, Redux‑Saga, React‑Router, Babel, Styled‑Components and Webpack
• Experience with a testing framework (Jest)
• Experience using Git and JIRA/Confluence
