Our client is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive comprehensive human resources initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management
  • Translate business objectives into effective and actionable HR strategies.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with organizational values and culture.
  • Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to management.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key and critical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines to support business growth.
Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and implement follow-up action plans.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs across locations.
Performance Management
  • Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of performance management systems.
  • Support managers in setting SMART objectives and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Ensure timely performance reviews, appraisals, and development discussions.
Learning & Development
  • Identify capability gaps and training needs across departments.
  • Develop training calendars and oversee execution of learning programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with employees and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Review and benchmark compensation structures to remain market competitive.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance and allowances.
HR Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and regular reports for management.
  • Monitor key HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and time-to-hire.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in retail, multi-site, or multi-location environments is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to managing part-time, shift-based, or frontline workforce.
