A leading manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance and Automation Manager. This role involves leading a large team to ensure machine reliability and operational efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of management experience, and strong skills in Lean Manufacturing and project management. The company emphasizes a culture of safety and health in all operations.
Responsible for leading, managing and developing the overall Maintenance and Automation function to ensure high machine reliability, operational efficiency, and strong alignment with corporate and Nike requirements.
Set up and manage yearly strategic Project Maintenance and Automation project for Indo Chingluh Group (CLG) (KPI, efficiency target, department machinery budget and project management).
Active communication with relative functions (PCC, Planning, Quality, Safety, IE, Costing, Production) machinery vendors and NIKE teams are working together on the right direction.
Manage sub-division Project Management, Data Management and Improvement and Audit to support maintenance optimizing and performing.
Digitalization set up for maintenance system (real time data ANDON and machine performance, spare part management, preventive maintenance schedule, data machine asset) and future digitalization.
To support and manage a large team of approximately 120 employees, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance activities, spare-part control, machine readiness, and daily production support.
To strengthen leadership capacity within the Equipment Management function due to increased scale, production expansion, and higher machine volume.
To provide strong oversight across preventive maintenance, corrective actions, equipment performance tracking, and spare-part optimization.
To ensure proper alignment and timely reporting to GM and SLT on equipment KPIs, downtime, maintenance cost, and operational improvement results.
To coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, QA and PPIC to ensure machine reliability and support achievement of factory output targets.
To improve process standardization, documentation, safety compliance and equipment lifecycle management aligned with corporate and Nike requirements.
Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system
Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH programs, energy, quality and environment to participate and improve the company management system.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
At least minimum 5 years of experience in equipment or engineering management.
Solid understanding of machine systems, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, spare-part planning and downtime reduction initiatives, Familiarity with Mechanical-Electrical-Automation-Digitalization and maintenance or asset management systems, Reporting skills (downtime, cost, performance, resource planning) People-management skill, Strong analytical, communication skills and ability in English.
