As the Area Sales Manager for Sozo Dental, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance across multiple clinic locations.

Driving Sales Performance: Overseeing and boosting revenue across multiple clinic locations to achieve targets.

Strategic Execution: Accelerating growth by implementing both online and onsite sales initiatives.

Leadership & Mentorship: Indirectly leading a team of Clinic Supervisors (SPVs), empowering them to hit their goals and maintain sales standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in Retail, Healthcare, Aesthetics sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large sales teams or manage multiple branch locations successfully.
  • Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in managing sales data and performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • A proactive "growth mindset" with a deep focus on customer/patient satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel between clinic locations within the assigned area.
