You will engage with various teams to identify repetitive tasks, propose improvements, and help build/test basic automations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience, and is familiar with automation tools and AI applications. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, along with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or strong internships/projects.
• Familiar with automation tools or strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

PT In Fashion is a leading fashion manufacturer producing high-quality goods for the U.S. market. We are looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help improve daily workflows using practical AI tools and simple automation, so teams can work faster, with fewer manual steps.

Job Summary

This role helps different departments work faster by using AI tools and simple automation. You will learn how each team works, identify repetitive tasks, suggest improvements, and help build/test basic automations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Talk with different teams (HR, Ops, Marketing, Web, etc.) to understand their daily tasks.
• Build and maintain basic automations (e.g., Zapier/Make/n8n, Google Sheets workflows, simple scripts).
• Test workflows, fix issues, and improve them over time.
• Track basic results (time saved, errors reduced) and keep documentation simple and clear.
• Create simple SOPs/training notes so teams can use the new process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, automation, systems support, or process improvement (fresh graduates are welcome if you have strong internships/projects).
• Familiar with automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n) or strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel and willingness to learn automation.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to support real business tasks.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (able to talk with different teams).
• Able to write clear documentation (simple SOPs, step-by-step guides).
• Basic understanding of data handling (CSV, spreadsheets, simple reporting).
• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Bali.
