Job Description
  • Develop and execute acquisition plans to onboard new investors across retail and affluent segments using digital channels, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
  • Focus on increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) through effective sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling of mutual fund products.
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of licensed wealth advisors to meet and exceed monthly acquisition and AUM targets.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance digital tools and platforms that support client acquisition and onboarding.
  • Oversee client engagement strategies to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term investment value.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment sales.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and AUM growth, preferably in a digital or fintech environment.
  • Must hold an active WAPERD and/or WPPE license as required by OJK regulations.
  • Strong understanding of mutual fund products and distribution compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
